The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and selling a range of IT services. The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of sales experience in IT services, speaks fluent French and English, and is comfortable with business travel. This position offers a hybrid working model and attractive compensation.

Responsibilities:
  • Identifying, acquiring, and developing new business opportunities in France and the Benelux region.
  • Building, nurturing, and maintaining strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Selling IT services, including body leasing, team leasing, success fee models, and project-based solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with operational teams in France, Poland and Morocco to deliver the best tailored solutions for clients.
  • Acting as the key point of contact between clients, internal teams, and technical experts.
  • Working together with Technical Experts to develop proposals and deliver optimized technical solutions.
  • Conducting market research, identifying trends, and exploring new growth opportunities.
  • Meeting sales targets, preparing reports, and analyzing performance indicators.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT services sales.
  • Experience in IT outsourcing / body leasing / team leasing is highly welcomed.
  • Solid understanding of the IT industry, technical roles, and current market trends.
  • Excellent command of French (C1) and English (C1) —mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in an international environment.
  • Proactive mindset, self-driven attitude, and strong business orientation.
  • Availability for monthly business trips to France.
