You will provide accurate product information, explain purchasing, returns and exchanges, and follow up to improve the overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in French and English, with excellent Dutch proficiency, good spelling, and the ability to work Saturdays as part of a team.

• Saturday work is included in the schedule.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and outbound calls to handle specific complaints.
• Take a proactive approach with customers, maintaining a strong service-oriented mindset.
• Proactively suggest ways to improve the customer experience.
• Handle complaints and disputes.
• Provide accurate product information regarding features, availability, and reservations.
• Explain purchasing, return, and exchange procedures, and follow up as needed.
