You will be the single point of contact for European customers, handling inquiries by phone, email, and WhatsApp, and driving sales while upholding Hermès' brand experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English; written and spoken communication in multiple languages.
• Customer-centric with sales mindset.
• Experience in e-commerce or luxury retail is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Follow up from A to Z of interactions and drive sales with European e-commerce customers.
• Be the single point of contact for end customers wishing to contact European stores.
• Provide an excellent omnichannel experience (phone, e-mail, WhatsApp) and rich product information.
• Build lasting relationships and guide customers through purchases, returns, or exchanges.
