Ideal candidates are fluent in French, English, and Spanish, with strong writing skills and attention to detail; Dutch daily usage is required. Weekend work may be needed as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in French, English, and Spanish.
• Excellent writing with impeccable spelling and grammar.
• Agile and able to handle high volume requests with accuracy and empathy.
• Excellent command of Dutch for daily use.
• Able to work in a team and meet daily targets.
• Saturday work required.
• Positive attitude, patience, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and outbound calls to handle certain complaints.
• Take a proactive approach with customers while maintaining a service-oriented mindset.
• Proactively suggest ways to improve the customer experience.
• Handle complaints and disputes with professionalism.
• Provide high-quality product information, especially regarding features, availability, and reservations.
• Explain purchasing, return, and exchange procedures to customers.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure satisfaction.
