Jobtailor in Paris is seeking a multilingual customer service specialist to respond to inquiries by email, WhatsApp, and outbound calls, while providing accurate product information, availability, and reservations.

You will take a proactive approach to improving the customer experience, handle complaints and disputes, explain purchasing, return and exchange procedures, and follow up on inquiries as part of a dynamic team, with Saturday shifts included.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French, English, and Polish with strong writing skills.
• Excellent spelling and grammar required.
• Able to handle many inquiries with rigor and empathy.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries by email, WhatsApp, and outbound calls to handle certain complaints.
• Take a proactive approach with customers, demonstrating a strong service mindset.
• Suggest initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience.
• Handle complaints and disputes.
