Jobtailor in France is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to respond to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp and outbound calls, handling complaints with empathy and a proactive service mindset. You will provide product information and assist with purchasing, returns, and exchanges, while contributing to improving the customer experience as part of a collaborative team.

Saturday work is included. You will be expected to maintain impeccable spelling and grammar, be adaptable, and work well

Qualifications

Impeccable spelling and grammar.
Adaptable and able to handle numerous requests with accuracy and empathy.
Fluency in Dutch is required for daily use.
Ability to work as part of a team and meet daily targets.
Saturday work is included in the role’s schedule.

Responsabilités

Respond to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and outbound calls to handle specific complaints.
Take a proactive approach with customers while maintaining a strong service mindset.
Suggest initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience.
Handle complaints and disputes.
Provide product information, including features, availability, and reservations.
Explain purchasing, return, and exchange procedures, and follow up accordingly.
Join a dynamic team of Customer Service Advisors and contribute to a collaborative, supportive work environment.
