CBTalents in Athens is seeking a French-speaking Agent to join our international Trust & Safety team. You will moderate user content, provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls, and help improve AI systems by reviewing and classifying content.

Requirements: C1-C2 French, English at least B2 (C1 for some workflows), 1–2 years in customer support or content moderation, familiarity with online culture. Relocation support available.

Qualifications

• C1-C2 level in French.
• English at least B2 (C1 for specialized workflows).
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, content moderation, or a related field.
• Familiarity with online culture and social media.

Responsabilités

• Moderate user-generated content to enforce community standards and client policies.
• Investigate and action on reports related to abuse, harassment, IP violations and policy breaches.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls for account, payment, and platform inquiries.
• Help improve AI systems by reviewing and classifying content, including sensitive scenarios.
• Create high-quality data and prompts to evaluate AI system performance.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety teams to investigate complex cases and contribute to policy improvements.
• Handle sensitive content with professionalism, objectivity, and attention to detail.
