Cbtalents in Athens is seeking a French-speaking agent to join an international team focused on content moderation, customer support, and AI system improvement. You will help ensure safety, compliance with standards, and high-quality user experiences across platforms.

The role involves reviewing content, handling reports, and contributing to AI data and prompts. Relocation support is offered to join the team in Greece.

Qualifications

• C1–C2 French required; English at least B2.
• 1–2 years in customer support, content moderation, or related field preferred.
• Familiar with online culture and social platforms.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user content to ensure compliance with policies.
• Investigate and act on abuse, harassment, or rights-violation reports.
• Provide chat, email, and outbound call support for account and platform inquiries.
• Help improve AI safety by reviewing and classifying content.
• Create data and prompts to evaluate AI system performance.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety teams on complex cases and policy improvements.
• Handle sensitive content with professionalism and objectivity.
