Cbtalents in Athens is seeking a French-speaking Agent to help moderate content and support users across chat, email, and calls. You will contribute to safety standards and the ongoing improvement of AI systems as part of an international team.

Ideal candidates have strong French skills (C1–C2) and English (B2), with 1–2 years in customer support or moderation. Relocation support and competitive compensation accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French at C1–C2 level; good English at B2; prior customer support or moderation experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Investigate and take action on reports of abuse, harassment, IP violations, and policy breaches.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and calls for account, payment, and platform inquiries.
• Help improve AI safety by reviewing and classifying content, including sensitive cases.
• Create data and prompts to evaluate AI system performance.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety teams on complex cases and policy improvements.
