Cbtalents is seeking a French-speaking Agent to join an international team in Athens, contributing to content moderation, customer support, and AI system improvement. You will help ensure safe, responsible platform operations and collaborate across Trust & Safety teams.

The role requires French at C1–C2, English at B2, and 1–2 years in related fields. Relocation support is available, with a competitive salary and well-being benefits.

Qualifications

• C1–C2 French required or advanced.
• English proficiency at B2 level; C1 may be required for specialized workflows.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, content moderation, BPO, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with online culture, social media platforms, and internet trends.
• Valid work permit in Greece or EU citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user-generated content for compliance with standards and policies.
• Investigate and act on reports of abuse, harassment, IP violations, and other policy breaches.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls for account, payment, and platform inquiries.
• Help improve AI system safety by reviewing and classifying content, including complex scenarios.
• Create high-quality data and prompts to evaluate AI performance.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety teams on complex cases and policy improvements.
• Handle sensitive content with professionalism and objectivity.
