CBTalents seeks a French-speaking Agent to join an international team in Athens, contributing to content moderation, customer support, and AI system improvement to ensure safe, responsible operations. You will review content, handle reports of abuse and policy breaches, and support users across chat, email, and calls.

The role requires French C1–C2 and English at B2, with 1–2 years in related fields. Relocation support is available and competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1–C2).
• English at least B2; C1 for some workflows.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, content moderation or related fields preferred.
• Familiar with online culture, social media platforms and trends.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and client policies.
• Investigate and take action on reports related to abuse, harassment, IP violations, and other policy breaches.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls for account, payment, and platform inquiries.
• Help improve safety and reliability of AI systems by reviewing and classifying content, including sensitive or complex scenarios.
• Create high-quality data and prompts to evaluate AI system performance.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety teams to investigate complex cases and contribute to policy improvements.
• Handle sensitive content with professionalism, objectivity, and attention to detail.
