CBTalents in Athens seeks a French-speaking Agent to join our international Trust & Safety team. You will contribute to content moderation, customer support, and the improvement of AI systems to ensure safe, responsible experiences for users.

Responsibilities include reviewing content, handling reports of abuse, providing chat, email, and outbound support, and collaborating with AI teams to create high-quality data for evaluation.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French at C1–C2 level.
• English at B2 level.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards.
• Investigate and act on reports of abuse, harassment, IP violations, and other breaches.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls.
• Help improve safety and reliability of AI systems by reviewing and classifying content.
• Create data and prompts to evaluate AI system performance.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety teams on complex cases and policy improvements.
