Cbtalents in Athens invites a French-speaking agent to join our international Trust & Safety team. You will moderate content, support users via chat and email, and help refine AI systems by classifying cases and providing high-quality data for model evaluation.

Requirements include professional French (C1–C2), English (B2), and 1–2 years in customer support or content moderation. Relocation support is available; competitive salary and well-being benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, content moderation or related field.
• Strong understanding of online culture and platform policies.
• Ability to work in an international team and manage sensitive content.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and client policies.
• Investigate and act on reports related to abuse, harassment, IP violations, and other policy breaches.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls for account, payment, and platform-related inquiries.
• Help improve safety and reliability of AI systems by reviewing and classifying content.
