CBtalents in Athens is seeking a French-speaking Agent to join an international team and help build a safer online environment for millions of users. You will handle content moderation, customer support, and contribute to AI system improvements by applying established standards and procedures.

Requirements include C1–C2 French, B2 English, 1–2 years in support or moderation, familiarity with online culture, and a valid work permit in Greece or EU citizenship.

Qualifications

• C1–C2 French proficiency.
• B2 English (C1 may be required for specialized workflows).
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, content moderation, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Investigate and act on reports related to abuse, harassment, IP violations, and policy breaches.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls for account, payment, and platform inquiries.
• Help improve AI safety by reviewing and classifying content, including complex scenarios.
• Create high-quality data and prompts to evaluate AI system performance.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety teams on complex cases and policy improvements.
