A leading global asset management firm in Paris is seeking an experienced professional to manage real estate assets, focusing on optimizing returns and risk management. You will prepare asset plans and budgets, work with internal teams and external partners, and ensure compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a degree and at least three years of experience in institutional real estate and asset management.

We have offices in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK. Our breadth of experience gives us close proximity to the companies we invest in and the markets we operate in.
Responsible for monitoring the active management of real estate assets on property level. Optimising returns within the risk parameters of the fund mandate and in conjunction with the fund strategy. The role requires a detailed understanding and analysis of the portfolio of assets, setting individual asset plans with targets and budgets for the next 12+ months and 3 /5 /10 years (depending on client requirements). The role involves working closely with the Transaction Team, Fund Managers/Deputy Fund Managers (FM/DFM), Development Team and AM Hub Europe Team.
