Group Marketing Assistant (apprenticeship)

Are you looking to help shape and support the global go-to-market strategy of an international professional services firm? Then this could be the opportunity for you. We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious next-generation marketing talent to join our team as a Group Marketing Assistant (apprenticeship) in Levallois-Perret from September 2026.

About the role

The Group Marketing team supports global industry and service line leaders to achieve commercial objectives through tailored marketing strategies. Working closely with our international brand, communication and digital teams, we develop insight-led thought leadership and marketing campaigns and ensure their successful, consistent deployment globally.

As part of the team, you will:

• Be a member of a dynamic, international, and business-centric team
• Contribute to both strategic and operational projects with a global impact
• Gain hands‑on experience working in a collaborative and high‑exposure environment at one of the leading global professional services firms
• Acquire substantial knowledge in B2B marketing with exposure to different industries and service lines

This role is for an apprenticeship. The successful candidate will be based in Levallois and report to the Group Head of Marketing.

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Support the roll-out of global marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Content writing (in English) for key topics, industries and market challenges
• Help gather data and prepare reports on marketing campaign performance
• Conduct basic research for competition and market benchmarking
• Prepare marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations
• Upload and maintain content on the website and blog platforms

Qualifications

Profile

• Pursuing a master’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
• Fully fluent in both written and verbal English with the ability to write clear and coherent content
• Previous marketing background in a corporate or agency preferred, with experience in content creation, presentations, and creative thinking
• Digital‑savvy, fast learner, proactive and autonomous team player comfortable using and exploring new tools
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and ideally some knowledge of platforms such as Asana, Monday, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, Mailchimp, Survey Monkey, Qualtrics or other marketing tools

Admin requirements

• Duration of apprenticeship: One year, starting in September 2026.
