  • Organizing and filing documents.
  • Data entry and management (Excel, SAP etc.).
  • Meeting room reservations and office supplies management.
  • Receiving and sorting mail and packages.
  • Handling internal and external inquiries.
  • Budget planning and performance management for the division.
  • Managing and maintaining facilities (labs, equipment).
  • Other general administrative tasks as directed.

Overview

This position will support the administrative operations of the Engineering division. We aim to create a work environment where people from diverse backgrounds can feel comfortable and secure.

Responsibilities
  • 資料整理、ファイリング
  • データ入力・管理(Excel、SAP等)
  • 会議室予約、備品管理
  • 郵便物・宅配便の受取・仕分け
  • 社内外からの問い合わせ対応(一次受付)
  • 部門予算の予実管理
  • 技術部門で管轄する環境(実験室、設備、等)の整備
  • その他、上司の指示による庶務業務
  • Organizing and filing documents
  • Data entry and management (Excel, SAP etc.)
  • Meeting room reservations and office supplies management

  • Handling internal and external inquiries (first point of contact)
  • Budget planning and performance management for the division
  • Managing and maintaining facilities (e.g., labs and equipment) under the engineering division’s responsibility
  • Other general administrative tasks as directed by supervisors
  • Holder of a Japanese disability certificate
Qualifications
  • 日常会話レベルの日本語/英語力
  • 基本的なPC操作(メール、Excel、Word等)
  • チームでの協調性、コミュニケーション力
  • 指示に従い正確に業務を遂行できる方
  • 障害者手帳をお持ちの方
  • 事務経験
