A recruitment agency is seeking an Account Manager to develop and maintain relationships with FMCG clients in France. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and English, have experience in client-facing roles, and possess knowledge of POSM and promotional items. This remote role requires collaboration with clients and suppliers. Salary of up to €45,000 is dependent on experience, with weekly client visits expected.

Account Manager Pos

• Up to €45,000 depending on experience

Role Details

• Client Relationship Management: You will work closely with the FMCG client in France, alongside the Senior AM.
• Your role involves nurturing and expanding this client relationship. You will be responsible for understanding the client's needs, ensuring client satisfaction, and exploring opportunities for growth.
• POS: Technical knowledge of POSM and Print
• Promotional Items: You will oversee the delivery of Promotional Merchandise/items/gifts services for the client. This includes ensuring that the services meet professional standards and are delivered to the client's satisfaction.
• Supplier Negotiations: You will work with a wide range of suppliers to fulfill the client's needs. This includes negotiating costs and timelines for each project and selecting the most appropriate suppliers based on various factors, such as quality, cost, and capacity.
• Teamwork: You will be part of a broader team, and collaboration with your colleagues is essential. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels is a collective effort.

Essential Experience

• Experience in a client-facing role is essential
• Must be Fluent in French and English
• FMCG / Drinks experience
• Perm POS / POSM essential
• Promotional items / merchandise knowledge
• Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign print and POS is preferred but not essential
• Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred
• Previous experience working in print / print management / print buying / marketing print procurement essential
