We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on technology and high-level operations roles, while also contributing to employer branding strategies to enhance our visibility and attract the best professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage top candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Drive employer branding initiatives, creating and promoting content on LinkedIn.
• Support high-volume hiring as the company scales.
• Ensure recruitment aligns with our company culture and values.
• Use tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel for recruitment materials and reporting.

What We’re Looking For :

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Humanities, or a related field.
• Ability to sign an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) with a university or business school.
• Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or other languages are a plus.
• Interest in tech and familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.

• Final Interview (45 min) – A conversation with the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead to dive deeper into your background and alignment with the role.
