A Brand Strategist is responsible for driving the brand planning process from development to execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the brand budget, taking full responsibility for the A&P budget.
- Align with international strategy through constant communication with stakeholders.
- Lead selection and briefings with local agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Secure execution and follow-up of annual plans, including ATL and BTL activities.
- Monitor achievement and development opportunities of current strategy, track KPIs, and draw insights and recommendations.
- Deeply understand consumer targets to propose activities that resonate with them.
- Constantly follow market evolution first-hand and understand business needs.
- Team management, motivation, and development, including interns and CMs.
- CLOSE COLLABORATION WITH INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS
Required Profile :
- University degree in Marketing or Business Administration, a master's degree is a plus.
- Spanish and English fluency, other languages are a plus.
- At least 2-5 years of professional experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG.
- Familiarity with activation and brand experience events, preferably in music, sports, or entertainment.
- Excellent knowledge and experience with professional marketing tools, structures, and processes.
- Ability to take responsibility and work autonomously.
