  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency in data formats (CSV, XML, JSON, etc.).
  • Clear and professional communication in English (written and spoken).

We're Hiring : Technical Support Specialist (English-Speaking) and one of the following languages : Italian, Polish, Spanish, Hungarian, or Czech

Location : Spain

Full-time | English fluency required C2

Are you passionate about IT support and thrive on solving technical challenges? We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist with strong experience or training in Microsoft and Cloud technologies to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide top-tier technical assistance and troubleshooting to end-users
  • Support and maintain Microsoft environments including :
  • Microsoft Office
  • Outlook
  • OneDrive
  • Exchange
  • SharePoint
  • Microsoft Windows
  • Handle incidents involving data formats and file compatibility
  • Communicate clearly with users to resolve issues efficiently

What We’re Looking For :

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies
  • Proficiency in data formats (CSV, XML, JSON, etc.)
  • Clear and professional communication in English (written and spoken)
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
