We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Wholesale Operations Assistant Senior to join our dynamic team.

You will play a key role in supporting the wholesale department in managing orders, client relationships, and ensuring a smooth operational workflow from sales to delivery.

• Support the Wholesale team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Process and monitor wholesale orders through internal systems (SAP, B2B platforms, etc. ).
• Communicate with clients regarding order confirmations, shipments, and any after-sales issues.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, order summaries, and client account analysis.
• Manage and update customer databases and internal records.
• Help organize and support sales campaigns (showroom setups, sample coordination, agenda scheduling).
• Monitor stock levels for wholesale needs and propose replenishments.
• Assist in handling returns, claims, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to guarantee an excellent customer experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Presencial work in Girona.
• Previous experience (1–2 years) in a wholesale, sales support, or logistics role (preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with SAP systems is highly valued.
• Team player, proactive, and problem-solving attitude.
• Passion for fashion and interest in the brand’s universe.
