We are now looking for Design Manager for French Speaking Countries to join our dynamic team here at Radisson Hotel Group!

Key Activities:

General

• Provide support to Architectural and Interior Design Director, focusing on delivering the right design standards that each project will need to succeed. Not only on leased, managed and franchised future opportunities but also in current operating hotels refurbishments.
• Is fully responsible to successfully manage, execute, complete and handover multiple design projects (existing and new building hotels) ensuring that RHG standards are achieved in all properties.
• Responsible for the compliance and fulfillment of RHG design guidelines in all new managed and franchised new openings.
• Ensure projects fulfilled all control processes (Planning, budget control, implementation and reporting) which need to be monitored and controlled.

General

Interior Design and Detail Design Services

• New openings projects look and feel execution control and reporting to Architectural and Interior Design Director to confirm fulfillment with current design guidelines.
• Business development initiative control and executive reporting. Global look & feel control and approval.
• Repositioning and new openings management control and coordination to comply with architectural and design guidelines, final product, standards and procedures on BD projects following needs from area and central offices.
• Feasibility report, refurbishments scope of works reviews according to BP for Repositioning and New Openings providing support to Assets and BD within current and new hotels.

Main Responsibilities on Pipeline Projects

• Keep knowledge and control on all pipeline projects in preparation for handover to Operations. Look and Feel design guidelines guardian.
• Key responsibilities include ensure timely completion of project within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety using internal staff, as well as subcontractors and consultants. Delivery of high-quality projects is a must.

Operational Properties

• Actively interact with HQ and ASO procurement for opportunities for projects and hotel operations.

Others

• Maintain reporting and filing formats at Architectural and Interior Design Director.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

• Maintain reporting and filing formats at Headquarters office for projects and initiatives as well as regular reporting to Architectural and Interior Design Director complying with all Guidelines, products, standards and procedures application on all projects.
• Support Architectural and Interior Design Director to establish and manage an efficient and effective operation by continuous monitoring progress in all projects implementing all KPI reviews as requested.
• Drive and support the all project initiatives, to achieve Corporate targets.
• Support Architectural and Interior Design Director on repositioning, procurement synergies and value engineering.
• Support pipeline delivery by providing expertise and professional Technical Services to main stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: National academic qualifications in Architectural or Interior Design degree or Technical Degree.
• Minimum experience: Extensive hotel experience, 5-10 years.
• Language skills: Excellent written and spoken English and French skills are essential; other languages desirable but not key
• Required certificates: Certified architectural or Interior Design or technical degree
