A growing sales tech company in Madrid seeks a Sales Development Representative to drive lead generation in a dynamic environment. This role focuses on prospecting SMB and Enterprise accounts, making numerous cold calls and qualifying prospects. Ideal candidates will have 0–2 years in SDR or similar roles with a competitive mindset and fluency in English, German, French, or Spanish. Competitive salary and potential for growth into a full-cycle sales role are offered.

Formación

  • 0–2 years of experience in SDR, Lead Gen, or outbound roles.
  • Fluency in English and one or more of German, French, or Spanish.
  • Comfortable with high-volume prospecting and daily KPIs.

Responsabilidades

  • Prospect into SMB and Enterprise accounts across Europe.
  • Make 100+ cold calls and emails daily.
  • Qualify prospects through short discovery conversations.
  • Book high-quality meetings for BDMs.
