• Process incoming legal requests related to privacy claims and fraud.
• Evaluate the validity of each request for further processing.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures.
• Stay updated with policies and operational updates.

Conocimientos

German language proficiency at B2 level or above

English language proficiency at B2 level
