Sales Manager – Luxury Interior Design Furniture

Location: Marbella, Spain

Lijomi, part of the MICLIJOR Group, is a leading interior and architectural design company with its showroom and offices in the Marbella Club Hotel. We collaborate with some of the world’s most prestigious brands in luxury interiors, including Minotticucine, Deltalight, and Atelier Alain Ellouz. To strengthen our growing team, we are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager with a passion for design, kitchens, and lighting.

Your Role

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and nurturing client relationships in the high-end residential and commercial sectors. You will work closely with architects, designers, and private clients, providing tailored advice and ensuring that each project reflects the exceptional quality and design standards that define Lijomi.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent and promote our exclusive brands with in-depth product knowledge.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, developers, and private clients.
  • Provide expert consultation on luxury kitchens, lighting solutions, and interior design elements.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.
  • Collaborate with our in-house design team to deliver seamless, customised solutions.
  • Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales within the luxury interiors, kitchen, and lighting sector.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong network in the architectural, design, or real estate industries is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for high-end design, craftsmanship, and client service.
