A multinational food company in Spain is seeking a dynamic professional to lead process optimisation and digital transformation within its Transformation Office. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in ADE, Engineering, or IT, along with strong leadership and analytical skills. Proficiency in Spanish and a high level of English are required. You will lead the identification of inefficiencies, drive process optimisation efforts, oversee digital transformation projects, design and implement strategic programmes, monitor progress through KPIs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Analytical Skills – Strong capacity to interpret data, uncover root causes, and support evidence‑based decision‐making.
