The ideal candidate will possess a degree in ADE, Engineering, or IT, along with strong leadership and analytical skills. Proficiency in Spanish and a high level of English are required. Transformation Office at Hero Spain is a dynamic department focused on analysing, optimizing, and digitalizing processes across the organization. Our mission is to drive innovation, enhance efficiency, and enable the company to adapt to the evolving demands of the business world.

How can you help us?

You will lead the identification of inefficiencies, drive process optimisation efforts, oversee digital transformation projects, design and implement strategic programmes, monitor progress through KPIs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Your main responsibilities
  • Analyzing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Managing and guiding team members to collect insights from key stakeholders.
  • Leading the design and implementation of process optimisation strategies.
  • Researching and evaluating emerging technologies and automation solutions to enhance operations.
  • Overseeing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Gathering and analysing data to assess the impact of transformation initiatives.
  • Preparing reports, presentations and visual dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bringing fresh perspectives and proposing creative, actionable solutions to complex challenges.
Background

  • Proficiency in Spanish and B2‑C1 level of English
