Una organización líder en IA Cuántica busca un Gerente de Proyecto Técnico con experiencia para dirigir proyectos de IA y LLM en un entorno colaborativo. Formación

• Más de 4 años en proyectos de software impulsados por datos en la industria.
• Más de 2 años gestionando proyectos de ingeniería de principio a fin.
• Familiaridad práctica con LLMs/NLP preferida.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios para entregar soluciones de IA.
• Gestionar el ciclo de vida completo del proyecto desde la planificación hasta la entrega.
• Comunicar ideas técnicas a las partes interesadas.

Technical Project Manager – AI & LLM Services - Quantum Computing - San Sebastian, Spain

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join a leading European Quantum AI organization and help deliver cutting‑edge AI and LLM solutions that tackle real‑world challenges. You’ll work alongside world‑class experts in a collaborative, ethics‑driven environment that values sustainability, diversity, and innovation.

What you’ll do :

• Lead cross‑functional teams of engineers and ML practitioners to deliver impactful AI and LLM solutions for top‑tier industry clients.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to deployment, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical plans and roadmaps for ML and LLM initiatives.
• Oversee project progress, resource allocation, and milestone achievement, making data‑driven adjustments and mitigating risks.
• Facilitate solution design discussions and ensure technical feasibility of ML / LLM approaches.
• Proactively resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and champion best engineering practices for scalable AI systems.
• Track project KPIs and provide transparent updates on status, risks, and deliverables to leadership and clients.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
• Communicate technical ideas and project status effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

What we’re looking for :

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years delivering ML or data‑driven software projects in industry
• 2+ years managing end‑to‑end engineering projects; experience with LLMs / NLP a strong plus
• Hands‑on familiarity with Python, Git, Docker, and comfortable discussing technical tradeoffs
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Working proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
