Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR role.
• Strong focus on partnering with business units.
• Understanding of HR functions including talent acquisition and performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the HR strategy definition and deployment.
• Serve as a strategic partner aligning HR strategy with business goals.
• Guide managers on performance management and employee development.
• Support HR training programs and workshops.
• Analyze and report on HR metrics for strategic decisions.
• Foster a positive work culture adhering to company policies.
• Provide guidance on HR-related queries.
• Monitor the implementation of standardized HR processes.
