Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in the retail industry, excellent leadership and organizational skills, and be fluent in Filipino and English. This role requires managing employees, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Formación

• 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 years & up experienced employee.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up of gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruiting, selecting, training, coaching, and disciplining employees.
