A leading beverage company is seeking a Shopper Marketing Coordinator in Madrid, Spain. This role involves managing in-store execution, ensuring effective POS materials, and planning shopper-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of marketing experience, strong organizational skills, and is proficient in both Spanish and English. As we continue to expand our footprint in Spain, shopper marketing is central to maintaining strong, consistent in-store presence across all channels. As Shopper Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for how our brands come to life in-store — securing correct POS execution, high-impact in-store activation and aligned visibility across retail, gyms and convenience.
Based at our vibrant Vitamin Well Spain hub in Madrid, you will report to the Field Sales Manager and work closely with the local Sales and Marketing teams. You will also maintain an active partnership with the Global Shopper Marketing team in Stockholm to ensure Spain follows global guidelines and uses the right tools, assets and processes.
You are structured, co-ordinated and execution-focused. You enjoy working across teams, keeping processes on track and ensuring that materials, campaigns and activations land correctly in-store. You have an eye for detail, a commercial mindset and a strong sense of responsibility for quality.
