About the role

As we continue to expand our footprint in Spain, shopper marketing is central to maintaining strong, consistent in-store presence across all channels. As Shopper Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for how our brands come to life in-store — securing correct POS execution, high-impact in-store activation and aligned visibility across retail, gyms and convenience.

Based at our vibrant Vitamin Well Spain hub in Madrid, you will report to the Field Sales Manager and work closely with the local Sales and Marketing teams. You will also maintain an active partnership with the Global Shopper Marketing team in Stockholm to ensure Spain follows global guidelines and uses the right tools, assets and processes.

In short, your responsibilities will be
  • POS and in-store execution: Ownership of the local POS agenda, ensuring that catalogues, materials and visibility tools are correctly managed in line with Global POS-Catalogue, across all relevant channels.
  • Shopper-driven activation: Planning, adapting and executing shopper campaigns and in-store initiatives in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing, ensuring strong brand presence and commercial impact.
  • Local customised solutions: Coordination of local branding projects — from storefronts to gyms — including artwork requests to Studio and alignment with local external production partners.
  • Events, demos and trade visibility: Oversight of materials and execution for demos, events, exhibitions and trade shows, securing consistent brand representation and operational readiness.
  • HQ collaboration and alignment: Close partnership with the Global Shopper Marketing team and HQ Studio to ensure Spain follows global guidelines, uses the right assets and contributes market feedback where relevant.
  • Sales enablement and internal communication: Training and supporting the sales team on POS tools, catalogue use and activation plans, while contributing to sales meetings.

Who are you

You are structured, co-ordinated and execution-focused. You enjoy working across teams, keeping processes on track and ensuring that materials, campaigns and activations land correctly in-store. You have an eye for detail, a commercial mindset and a strong sense of responsibility for quality.

Essential skills to succeed
  • At least 3 years of experience in shopper or trade marketing, with strong exposure to in-store execution.
  • Proven experience managing POS, in-store campaigns and supplier co-ordination.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English — English is essential for daily collaboration with HQ.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with confidence managing materials, artwork or ordering flows.
  • A solutions-oriented, flexible approach with strong ownership of timelines and execution.
