A leading beverage company seeks a seasoned recruitment professional to manage the full recruitment process across various roles. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in consumer goods or beverage distribution, with direct sourcing skills and fluency in both Spanish and English. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to build effective relationships are essential. This is a full-time contract position located in Madrid, Spain, with no remote work options.
Recruitment – Manage the recruitment process (profiling, sourcing, screening, and evaluation) for various levels and roles across the Red Bull businesses.
Review, assess and provide timely feedback to hiring managers on candidate profiles.
Own the candidate experience from start to finish in collaboration with the hiring manager (including new starter packs, inductions, etc.).
Maintain current market research in the local country and beverage industry dynamics.
Empower hiring managers and guide them in making the right hiring decisions and ensure clear communication between the HR team members and line managers.
Partner if required with the global talent team and stay abreast of internal tools and processes.
Manage relationships with external recruitment firms and other external TA partnerships.
Use data and insights to analyze internal and external information and recommend solutions.
Educate hiring managers on internal tools.
Provide business system and TA process training as needed.
Champion Red Bull Wingfinder as a recruitment and selection tool providing a unique EVP experience for candidates.
7 years end-to-end recruitment experience (agency or in-house) in consumer-packaged goods, beverage distribution or media industries.
Direct sourcing experience including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms and industry networks to connect with hard-to-reach candidates across various departments.
Experience in using and analyzing data from external and internal sources.
University degree required (Psychology, Law, Business Administration or others). Postgraduate training in Human Resources desirable.
Fluent in written and spoken Spanish & English.
Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
Accuracy & confidentiality.
Build effective relationships across the business.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
A people person who is dedicated with a can‑do attitude and a strong collaborative approach.
