Seeking an experienced Senior Solar Engineer to lead the engineering design and delivery of commercial and industrial solar PV projects. You will manage projects through all phases—from design and energy yield analysis to construction oversight—ensuring compliance with local and Swiss codes, regulations, and industry standards. This role demands a proactive engineer with strong communication skills who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering design of commercial and industrial solar PV systems tailored to the specified markets.
• Perform energy yield analysis and system sizing using tools like PVSyst.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop technical proposals.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure projects meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Optimize system layouts for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Oversee construction, installation, and commissioning activities in coordination with project management.
• Occasionally travel to Switzerland for office and site visits.

Qualifications
