What will I be doing?
- Collaborate with technology leaders and product teams to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality Golang applications aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the technical architecture of Golang‑based projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing code, database query, and resource utilization bottlenecks.
- Troubleshoot design flaws and system bottlenecks to enhance stability and performance.
- Conduct comprehensive system performance tests, generate detailed reports, and recommend improvements.
- Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high standards of software quality, readability, and best practices.
What skills do I need?
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science.
- Solid experience in Golang application development and software architecture.
- In‑depth knowledge of object‑oriented design principles and design patterns.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and readable code.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Event‑driven architecture design experience.
- High‑level project management and problem‑solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player, collaborative, and upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
- Well‑versed in the software development life cycle.
