A leading recruitment firm is looking for an experienced Country Controller for a 6-month interim role, fully remote in Spain. This position requires expertise in Spanish and US GAAP, alongside proven experience in managing month-end closes and compliance. Candidates with Big 4 experience and knowledge of Real Estate or Data Center environments are preferred. The role offers high visibility and influence within a global organization.

Formación

• Proven expertise in Spanish GAAP, and US GAAP or IFRS.
• Bachelor’s + Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance (recognized qualifications are an advantage).
• Strong hands-on accounting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Lead statutory and regulatory compliance across frameworks.
• Perform and review general ledger activities.
