Description

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager – Paid Media to join our Client Services team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-market paid media campaigns across digital and traditional channels. You’ll work closely with client stakeholders, agency partners, and internal specialists to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned, data-driven, and deliver measurable results.

This position suits someone with a strong grasp of digital paid media strategy, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to manage multiple markets and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Barcelona or Madrid, with hybrid work options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end management of paid media campaigns across digital and traditional channels (paid social, search, display, programmatic, OOH, CTV), ensuring campaigns meet KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Develop and implement media strategies that align with client objectives, balancing brand awareness and performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, analytics) and external partners to deliver high-quality campaign activation.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, providing strategic counsel, presenting campaign plans, performance insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across global and local markets, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify trends and risks, and recommend optimisations to improve results.
  • Ensure compliance with client and industry standards and contribute to continuous improvement through data-driven, test-and-learn approaches.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 5+ years’ experience in Paid Media, ideally within an agency or global brand environment, with multi-market or regional campaign management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the digital media ecosystem, including paid social, search, display, programmatic, OOH, and CTV.
  • Proficient in using data and analytics to inform strategy, optimisation, and performance improvement.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and detail-oriented, able to balance global priorities with local requirements.
  • Analytical, results-driven, and committed to continuous improvement.
