SIXHUNTERS is looking for a SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER for an important company in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the regional marketing strategy in line with global brand positioning, guidelines, and local sales objectives.
- Manage marketing activities in Central Europe as the primary market lead.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across Iberia, Adriatic, EE, and Eurasia through close collaboration with sales directors, local sales teams, and distributors.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2 TMDMs, ensuring alignment and execution excellence across all markets.
- Drive a Category Management (CatMan) approach to strengthen shelf presence, optimize product assortment, and improve category performance in collaboration with key retail partners.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and adapt strategies.
- Collaborate with Offer & Communication central teams to ensure message consistency and effective go-to-market execution.
- Monitor KPIs and ROI of marketing campaigns and promotions, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations.
- Manage local marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation with monthly follow-up.
Requirements
- Business or Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication.
- 6+ years of marketing experience in the FMCG industry, including significant experience in a local role with strong business proximity.
- Solid experience managing marketing activities.
- Strong understanding of retail and distribution dynamics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills; experience managing remote or cross-country teams is a plus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Results-oriented.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region (approximately 20–30%).
- Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate across functions with sales and central marketing teams.
