A leading aerospace company is seeking a temporary SAP HCM Expert in Getafe, Madrid. The role involves supporting the design and implementation of HR standards solutions, developing internal tools, and providing technical support. A temporary opportunity for a SAP HCM Expert has arisen within Airbus, Getafe (Madrid).
The selected candidate will join the Experts & Development area in Reward Operations team.
Ensure the design and implementation of HR standards solutions, policies, processes and tools to internal customers in alignment with Business and HR strategy.
Consider potential impacts of HR relevant legislation & regulation and the day to day operations.
