Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, needs assessment, product demonstrations, proposal creation, and successful deal closure for defined solutions and services.

Service Portfolio Expertise: Familiarity with Application Development / Modernization, Experience Design Services, Cloud and DevOps Services, Data and Analytics Infrastructure, Managed Services / Team Augmentation, Agile Transformation, and Digital Marketing consulting (SEO, PPC).

Market Analysis and Innovation: Experience in market analysis, business model innovation, and portfolio management within a services context.

Consultative Sales Skills: Skilled in all aspects of consultative commercial and business development, including prospecting, deal qualification, closure, and customer satisfaction.

Sales Enablement: Experience in sales enablement for service portfolios, including training, tool development, and incentive structures.

Sales Tools Proficiency: Experience using HubSpot and Trello for tracking interactions, analysing sales metrics, and optimizing the sales process.

Account Opening: Proven ability to open new accounts and build high-quality relationships rather than taking a transactional approach.

Effective networking fosters collaboration, facilitates the exchange of ideas, and helps professionals stay informed about trends and innovations in their field.

Sales Strategy Development: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, including pipeline management from prospecting to closing.

Client Relationship Management: Market and Sales Analysis: Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth, as well as monitor competitor activity.

Prepare sales reports and present findings to senior management.

Lead Origination

Engage prospects to generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline.

Proactively build and manage a pipeline through outbound activities to grow business with both new and existing clients.

Drive all sales-related activities by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Finance, and other teams to ensure seamless execution.

Work with Marketing to identify joint target accounts and opportunities.

Sales Pipeline and Forecasting

Coordinate regular reviews of the sales pipeline and forecasts for clients to ensure accurate reporting and strategic planning.
