As inbound demand grows globally, we are hiring a

Junior Inbound Sales Representative

to qualify, route, and convert inbound interest into revenue while supporting our global commercial team.

Spain or LATAM (remote job)

Role Overview

This role is the first commercial touchpoint for inbound leads globally. The Junior Inbound Sales Rep will qualify inbound requests, conduct initial discovery, and route opportunities to the appropriate regional or segment owner.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their sales career who wants exposure to

complex B2B sales, global markets, and sustainability-driven solutions

, with a clear path to promotion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads from website, events, campaigns, and partners
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to assess fit, urgency, budget, and use case
  • Route qualified opportunities to the correct Regional sales owner / Segment lead (CPG, Ag Inputs, Labs, Retail, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate data in HubSpot
  • Support inbound-driven deals through scheduling demos, following up on stalled leads, assisting with proposals and pilots (as needed)
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, common objections and questions
  • Meet or exceed monthly MQL-to-SQL and booking targets
Required Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with technical, scientific, or operational stakeholders
  • Highly organized and process-driven
  • Ability to learn and explain non-transactional, data-driven solutions
  • Comfortable working across global time zones
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Portuguese fluency (strongly preferred)
  • Experience using HubSpot or another CRM
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS, Ag-Tech, or sustainability solutions
  • Experience qualifying leads for mid-market or enterprise sales
