A leading engineering firm in Granollers is seeking a Sales Manager for Separation Equipment within the Dairy and Beverage sectors. This role involves meeting sales targets, managing customer relationships, and working closely with marketing and sales teams to define strategy. Successful candidates will have a University Degree in Engineering, a minimum of 3 years of experience, and proficiency in English. The position offers a hybrid working model and a comprehensive benefits package.

For our Separation & Flow Technologies Division we are looking for a Sales Manager Separation Equipment.
Meet order intake and sales annual expectations connected with Dairy and Beverage applications.
Ensure all sales orders are negotiated with acceptable gross margin contribution according to defined targets.
Keep existing customers and increase nowadays GEA Westfalia Separator market share with new customers for Dairy and Beverage applications.
Support Head of Sales to define sales strategy for Iberia Beverage and Dairy New Machine market.
Support Head of Marketing to define marketing strategy for Iberia Beverage and Dairy New Machine market.
Manage, control and report whole offer project management process: contact customer, definition of scope with customers & Business Line, commercial discussions and support project execution.
Prospect and cooperate with external partners
Manage customer relationships.
Support product development projects.
Support Service Sales Business.
Support Financial Department when customers are not up to date on payments.
University Degree in Engineering
Min 3 years’ relevant experience in similar functions
Know-how of state-of-the‑art sales process, organization methods and tools (e.g. ordering, pricing, CRM)
Proven skills in negotiation & contracting with customers
Understanding of corporate finance
English (proficient)
Deep understanding of business with developed focus on customer needs and fulfilment of customer expectations
Open‑minded and solution oriented, strong problem‑solving skills
Team player, good networker and negotiator
Very good communication skills, strong salesperson
Strong customer orientation - Ability to engage with customers at different level
Availability to travel
