A fast-growing SaaS company in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to elevate their SDR and AE training programs. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in sales enablement, a strong track record in onboarding programs, and excellent communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with a dynamic international team, contributing to a journey towards $100M ARR.

The Challenge ahead

CloudTalk is scaling fast and we’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to take our SDR and AE training to the next level. If you love building onboarding programs, driving continuous training, and keeping sales teams sharp with the latest product knowledge, this role is for you.

What you’ll focus on:
  • Use AI tools to design onboarding programs that get new SDRs and AEs ramped up quickly
  • Create ongoing training for AEs, including spiffs, workshops, and coaching sessions
  • Keep our product and sales knowledge base fresh and easy to use
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to spot skill gaps and roll out impactful training
