A global pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced professional for a full-time role in sales forecasting and quota management in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of commercial experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.   • Lead sales forecasting and quota management processes.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Leads Sales Forecasting & Quota Management. Owns end-to-end brand quota cycle: definition, validation, adjustment, tracking.
  • Ensures quota methodologies are consistent, aligned, fair and data-driven.
  • Ensures all sales data used for quotas is accurate, timely and validated.
  • Partners with IC Local committee to ensure quotas reflect business priorities and field realities.
  • Identifies deviations early and proactively informs stakeholders.
  • Ensures CFCs and managers have clear visibility on objectives and year-to-date achievements.
  • Provides insights to support performance management and business decisions.
  • Ensures high quality and consistency of data processes across Business Units (One Pfizer).
  • Identifies opportunities for automation and new tools to reduce manual workload. Drives continuous improvement efficiency and scalability.
  • Work closely with the CMO Country IC Lead to gain a deep understanding of the business landscape and BU strategies and translate them into quota priorities. Advises senior leaders on performance dynamics and quota impact.

What You Offer
Basic Qualifications
  • Strong experience in sales analytics performance management or quota management.
  • 5 years of commercial experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish & English.
  • Proven track record of delivering business performance and data excellence.
  • Demonstrated agility and ownership in delivering complex programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cross-BU experience or diverse functional background.
  • Strong collaboration abilities and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI Tableau) and Excel advanced modelling.
