ABOUT YOU

You are detail‑oriented, proactive, and passionate about driving commercial transformation. You excel in project management, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration. You are comfortable managing complexity and translating strategic plans into actionable initiatives.

THE JOB

As a Sales Capability Specialist Iberia, you will support the implementation of the commercial capabilities strategy during a major transformation project. Initially focused on project and change management, the role will evolve into a position responsible for training, incentives, and performance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between Sales Capabilities, PMO, Steering Committee, and external vendors.
  • Coordinate activities, dependencies, and deliverables across streams.
  • Lead change initiatives and design communication plans to drive adoption.
  • Support the design and implementation of the new Sales Capabilities department.
  • Design training strategies and materials for the sales force.
  • Develop incentive schemes aligned with business objectives.
