A growing real estate company in Comunidad de Madrid seeks both Junior and Experienced Sales Agents. For entry-level candidates, an 18-month structured training program is offered, leading to a Property Consultant role. Experienced agents will adapt quickly to high standards and deliver results. Success is rewarded well, making this an exciting opportunity for driven individuals. A short video introduction is required for applications.

This position is always open because Drumelia is constantly growing and because sales are at the heart of everything we do. But always open does not mean easy to enter. We only look for people who can meet Drumelia’s standards.

There are two paths into this role :

Junior Sales Agent

: If you have no prior experience in the market, you can join our structured 18-month training program. During this period, you will receive a salary plus small commissions while being trained step by step from the basics to the most advanced skills. By the end, you will be ready to become a Property Consultant operating at Drumelia standards.

Experienced Sales Agent

: If you already have real estate experience, you can join directly as a Property Consultant. You will be expected to adapt quickly to Drumelia’s standards and deliver results at the highest level. The bar is high, but so are the rewards.
