A leading restaurant booking platform in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Representative to make outbound calls, support restaurant customers, and build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, knowledge of the restaurant industry, and proficiency in Spanish and English. Formación

  • Experience pitching and selling promotions, deals, or flash sales.
  • Experience with high volume of outbound and inbound calls (45-50).
  • Experience as sales representative or sales account manager.
  • Experience in the restaurant industry is a must.
  • Experience in e-commerce is required.
  • Native Spanish and high English proficiency is a must.

What you will do:
  • Make outbound calls to our current customers to present solutions that help them generate significantly more revenue with TheFork month over month.
  • Support our restaurant customers mainly through email and phone, helping them with positioning strategy, revenue management, and online marketing.
  • Sell, upsell, and retain products and customers.
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long‑term relationships with customers.
  • Provide support and training to use our tools.

Your KPIs will include (but will not be limited to) and are subject to change based on business needs:

  • Products sold and maintained across your portfolio (this will be your main task!).
  • Leverage the usage of TheFork tools so restaurants are more engaged with customers and bookings.
  • Number and quality of restaurants participating in TheFork Festivals.

Who are you:
  • Experience pitching and selling promotions/deals/flash sales.
  • Experience dealing with a high number (45‑50) of outbound and inbound calls and portfolios with numerous accounts (from 500 to 800).
  • Experience as sales representative or sales account manager.
  • Experience with a restaurant is a must.
  • Experience in e‑commerce is a must.

Native Spanish and high English is a must.
