A dynamic SaaS provider is seeking a RevOps Manager (Medior) for Continental Europe. This role focuses on enabling commercial teams through process improvements, data quality, and insights. Responsibilities include managing forecasting, CRM optimization, and continuous performance improvement. Candidates should have 3-6 years in Revenue Operations, strong HubSpot skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. Competitive salary, hybrid model, and opportunities for growth are offered.

As RevOps Manager (Medior) for Continental Europe, you will play a key role in enabling our commercial teams to operate with consistency, clarity, and confidence.
You will work across Sales, BDR, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to improve processes, data quality, and commercial insight. This is a hands-on role with high visibility, supporting regional leaders and contributing to how Hubexo scales its go-to-market execution across Europe.
Required
• 3–6 years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Analytics within a B2B SaaS or consultancy environment
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building Power BI dashboards
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insight
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Confident communicator able to work across commercial functions
• Experience supporting multi-country teams in Continental Europe
• Exposure to usage-based SaaS metrics or product analytics tools
• German language skills
• Experience automating workflows or working with CRM integrations
Within your first 6–12 months, success will be measured through improvements in forecast accuracy, CRM adoption and data quality, reporting efficiency, onboarding speed for new commercial hires, and time-to-first-value for customers across key markets.
