Location: Madrid, Spain (minimum 3 days per week in the office)

Scope: Spain, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland, and other Continental European markets

Function: Revenue / Go-to-Market

Reporting to: Commercial President

Contract: Full-time, permanent

The Role

As RevOps Manager (Medior) for Continental Europe, you will play a key role in enabling our commercial teams to operate with consistency, clarity, and confidence.

You will work across Sales, BDR, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to improve processes, data quality, and commercial insight. This is a hands-on role with high visibility, supporting regional leaders and contributing to how Hubexo scales its go-to-market execution across Europe.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Go-to-Market & Process Excellence - Design, document, and continuously improve end-to-end commercial processes from lead to renewal. Support territory planning, coverage models, handoffs, and SLAs to ensure teams across markets operate in a consistent and efficient way.
  • Forecasting & Performance Management - Manage pipeline reporting and forecasting cadence, improving forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene. Analyse conversion rates, sales velocity, churn, and time-to-value, translating data into actionable insight.
  • Data, Reporting & Analytics - Own and optimise HubSpot CRM during its rollout and adoption phase, ensuring high data quality and usability. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reporting for leadership and frontline teams. Partner closely with Finance on ARR, bookings, renewals, and churn.
  • Tools & Enablement - Support CRM integrations and evaluate additional RevOps tooling where appropriate. Create clear process documentation, training materials, and operational checklists to drive adoption and consistency across markets.
  • Continuous Improvement - Run structured win/loss and churn analyses, identifying opportunities to improve performance, onboarding, and customer outcomes.
What We’re Looking For

Required

• 3–6 years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Analytics within a B2B SaaS or consultancy environment

• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM

• Advanced Excel skills and experience building Power BI dashboards

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insight

• Fluent English and Spanish

• Confident communicator able to work across commercial functions

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting multi-country teams in Continental Europe

• Exposure to usage-based SaaS metrics or product analytics tools

• German language skills

• Experience automating workflows or working with CRM integrations

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 6–12 months, success will be measured through improvements in forecast accuracy, CRM adoption and data quality, reporting efficiency, onboarding speed for new commercial hires, and time-to-first-value for customers across key markets.
