A luxury hotel in Ibiza is seeking a Reservations Trainee for a 6 to 8 months internship. You will play a key role in joining the reservations and revenue management team, focusing on building customer loyalty. Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in relevant studies and have language proficiency in English and Spanish. Along with free accommodation and meal during working hours, this role offers a monthly allowance of 500€ plus tips.

About The Role

As a Reservations Trainee, you will join the reservations and revenue management team and you will collaborate building customer loyalty.

Start date: February or March 2026

What you need to have

• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality and Hotel Management, Business Management, Marketing, International Business (Diploma, University studies or Master).
• Fluent in English (B2+ or above)
• Fluent in Spanish (C1+ or above)
• User level of Microsoft Office.
• Passion for customer service and excellence.
• Attention to details, love for teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
• Good organization and planning skills.
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the EU / Ibiza.
