Research Analyst

Full-time · Málaga, Spain · Mid-level · Start: Autumn 2025

About the Role

We are hiring a Research Analyst to join our growing Málaga team. As a Research Analyst, you will support the full lifecycle of international research projects: from programming surveys and managing fieldwork to analysing data and creating reports. It’s a hands-on role where you will see the direct impact of your work.

Qualifications

• 3 + years of experience as a researcher in a market research agency or similar working environment
• A degree in social sciences, economics, psychology, sociology or data analytics
• Interest in market research and data analysis
• Experience with SPSS
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
