This role involves facilitating Agile processes, coaching teams, and collaborating with product development to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Candidates should have over 4 years of Scrum Master experience and a strong understanding of Agile principles. This is a remote position offered under a B2B contract.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes across teams.
• Guide and coach teams on Agile principles and best practices.
• Ensure collaborative, efficient delivery of high-quality products.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
