About The Opportunity: We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team at MoonPay. This role will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while driving process excellence across our hiring operations. You will play a pivotal role in scheduling, reporting, and optimizing recruitment workflows, partnering closely with Talent Partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth, scalable hiring processes.
